Due to the perishable nature of fresh prepared meals, Kaloriez has specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
1. Order Changes
Orders may be modified or cancelled before the weekly order cut-off time.
After the cut-off, meals enter production and changes may not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- An order cannot be delivered
- Meals arrive damaged or unsafe to consume
- Incorrect items are delivered
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selections made during ordering
- Dietary preferences not specified at checkout
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
